The current usage analytics endpoint is specifically centered on API call activity over 7d, 30d, or 3m ranges.

Tracked metrics

Examples include:
  • crawled pages
  • converted files
  • indexed pages monthly
  • storage used
  • API calls
The usage summary endpoint currently computes the monthly period from the current UTC year-month and combines:
  • usage events
  • usage counters
  • current storage totals
It returns included quantity, overage quantity, total quantity, and overage cost per metric.

Apply the numbers

Monitor consumption before increasing crawl size or request concurrency. A rate-limit error and an exhausted plan allowance need different handling; see Plan limits.
