How monitoring fits into your sources, schedules, and plan.
You can watch a source, a collection of sources, or a list of individual page URLs. Source and collection monitors use content already in Bulkgrid. Individual page monitors let you enter URLs directly and are available on paid plans.
Source monitors follow the source’s existing refresh schedule. Collections follow the schedules of their member sources. Individual page monitors have their own schedule, with hourly, every six hours, daily, weekly, or monthly options where supported by your plan. Notifications are evaluated after refreshed content is available; they are not instant website-change detection.
General looks for meaningful content changes. Specific also checks whether a change matches a condition you describe, such as changes to pricing or API limits. Both evaluate content changes to reduce temporary page noise. Specific lets you adjust sensitivity for matching your condition.
Yes. Choose High to receive only high-importance changes, Medium for medium and high, or Low for low and above. All removes the importance filter. Your General or Specific matching rules still apply, so All does not mean every visual change produces an alert.
The first successful capture of an individual page establishes its baseline. Later captures are compared with that content to detect changes. You can review the last check and change history from the monitor’s details page.
Free includes monitoring for sources and collections available on that plan. Paid plans also support individual page URLs. Source and collection monitors follow existing refreshes. Individual page checks use crawling credits, and an estimated monthly credit cost is shown before you create a Pages monitor.
Yes. Pause or resume it from the monitor’s Manage menu. Its settings and history are retained. When resumed, changes since creation that have not yet been processed can be picked up.
