Refund Policy

This refund and cancellation policy (“policy”) applies to the use of the services provided by bulkgrid ab, reg. no. 559465-9087 (“bulkgrid”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). it explains how billing, Add-ons, cancellations, and refunds are handled for subscriptions and usage-based charges made through our platform.
1. Subscriptions
- Our services are offered on a subscription basis and renew automatically at the end of each billing period, unless cancelled in advance.
- You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting billing@bulkgrid.com.
- Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.
- We do not provide prorated or partial refunds for unused portions of a subscription period, except as required by applicable law.
2. Add-ons, usage-based charges, and credits
- In addition to subscriptions, we may offer usage-based services, on-demand add-ons, and credit top-ups (e.g., additional crawl capacity, domain slots, or api credits).
- Usage and add-ons are billed only when consumed and are subject to any spending or credit limits displayed in your account.
- Once purchased or consumed, add-ons and credits are non-refundable and non-transferable, even if not fully used before expiry.
- Prepaid credits or top-ups will remain available in your account until consumed or until your account is terminated.
- If usage exceeds your prepaid balance or spending limit, further usage may be automatically paused or charged according to your plan settings.
- Refunds will not be provided for expired or unused add-ons, except where required by applicable law or due to verified technical errors caused by bulkgrid.
3. Refunds
- As a general rule, all payments are non-refundable, as our services are provided digitally and become accessible immediately upon purchase.
- Exceptions may apply in cases of:
- Duplicate or accidental charges,
- Verified technical issues preventing reasonable use of the service, or
- Any refund obligation imposed by applicable consumer law.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original charge by emailing billing@bulkgrid.com.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
4. Trials and promotions
- If a free trial or promotional period is offered, you may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
- Once the trial converts to a paid plan, standard billing and refund terms apply.
- Discounts or promotional offers are temporary and do not entitle you to future price adjustments or refunds.
5. Cancellations by bulkgrid
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms of service or acceptable use policies.
- In cases of termination due to breach of contract or misuse, no refunds will be issued.
- If bulkgrid discontinues a paid service, we will provide advance notice and a fair refund for any prepaid, unused period.
6. Business customers (b2b)
- For business customers, all fees and payments are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Refund or credit requests for business accounts are reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
7. Consumer rights (eu users)
- If you are an EU consumer (not acting in a business capacity), you may have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of signing up, unless the service has already been activated or used.
- By using the platform or accessing paid features, add-ons, or usage-based services during the withdrawal period, you acknowledge that the service has begun and you waive your right to a full refund under eu law.
