Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the platform, products, and services provided by Bulkgrid AB, reg. no. 559465-9087 (“Bulkgrid”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By using or accessing the Bulkgrid platform (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and our related legal policies.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

1. Eligibility and account registration

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use the Services.
If you register an account on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to notify Bulkgrid immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

2. Services and license

Bulkgrid grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Services in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws.

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms, including any usage limits or account restrictions described in your plan.

Bulkgrid may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the Services at any time, provided that we will give reasonable notice of any material changes that negatively affect functionality.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services. Prohibited actions include (but are not limited to):

• Accessing or attempting to access accounts or systems without authorization;
• Using the Services to distribute malware, spam, or illegal content;
• Violating the rights of third parties, including copyrights or trademarks;
• Attempting to crawl, scrape, or collect data from websites or services in violation of their terms of use;
• Bypassing usage limits, rate limits, or billing thresholds set by Bulkgrid;
• Using the Services for purposes that may harm or overload Bulkgrid’s systems or networks.

Bulkgrid reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account engaged in abuse or misuse of the Services.

4. Plans, billing, and payments

Our Services are offered through different subscription plans and usage-based options.
Pricing, limits, and billing intervals are specified on our website or in your account dashboard.

Payments are processed by third-party providers (such as Stripe), and you authorize Bulkgrid and its payment processors to charge your selected payment method according to your plan.

Unless otherwise stated, all fees are non-refundable. For details on cancellations, add-ons, and refunds, see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Bulkgrid may change prices or introduce new fees with prior notice. Changes will not apply retroactively and will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

5. Usage-based billing and add-ons

In addition to standard subscriptions, you may purchase usage-based add-ons or credit top-ups to extend your service capacity (for example, additional crawl volume, API requests, or domain slots).

Add-ons and credits are billed at the time of purchase and are non-refundable once consumed or activated.
If you enable on-demand billing, usage may continue automatically until your spending limit or credit balance is reached.

Bulkgrid reserves the right to pause or limit access if your balance is depleted or if your payment method fails.

6. Customer data and data protection

By using the Services, you may upload, collect, or process data that could include personal data.
You retain ownership of your data, and Bulkgrid acts as a data processor for data processed on your behalf, in accordance with the Data Processing Agreement (DPA).

Bulkgrid implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data and confidentiality, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services complies with applicable data protection laws and that you have the necessary rights or permissions to process any data you submit.

7. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in and to the Services, including software, content, designs, and documentation, are owned or licensed by Bulkgrid.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Services unless expressly permitted in writing by Bulkgrid.

You retain ownership of your own content uploaded to the platform, but you grant Bulkgrid a limited license to host, process, and display it as necessary to operate the Services.

8. Third-party services

The Services may integrate or interact with third-party tools and providers (such as Vercel, AWS, Stripe, Supabase, Cloudflare, Mintlify, and OpenAI). Bulkgrid is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of such third parties. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms, and you agree to comply with them where applicable.

9. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time through your dashboard or by contacting support@bulkgrid.com.

Bulkgrid may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you breach these Terms, misuse the platform, or fail to pay applicable fees.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately, and Bulkgrid may delete or anonymize your data after a reasonable retention period.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Bulkgrid does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
You use the Services at your own risk.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bulkgrid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

In no event shall Bulkgrid’s total liability exceed the amount you paid during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or where otherwise prohibited by law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bulkgrid, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of a third party.

13. Modifications

Bulkgrid may modify these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the platform. Continued use of the Services after the updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden.
Any dispute shall be exclusively resolved by the Stockholm District Court (Stockholms tingsrätt) as the court of first instance.
